Am pregătit pentru luna Octombrie un program de Yoga flexibil si adaptat nevoilor și cerințelor unui om ce trăiește într-un oraș agitat și caută un loc liniștit, un loc în care să se poată conecta cu propria respirație, cu propriul corp, cu propria inimă, liniștind mintea și gândurile.

October has come!
Autumn has come🍁
I’m coming to the end of the summer season, we have another show on Calea Victoriei on 8, next Sunday, then I’ll be back in my personal laboratory.
👀Meanwhile, I have prepared for this month a flexible Yoga program adapted to the needs and requirements of a person who lives in a hectic city and is looking for a quiet place, a place where he can connect with his own breath, with his own body, with your own heart, quieting your mind and thoughts.
